Previously a mine manager for three public companies in the Central Interior of British Columbia — Fran has experience successfully managing more than 2600 mineral and placer tenures annually. Fran also has experience working with other public companies to develop, create and monitor exploration, mine and environmental permits.
Fran has many years of experience dealing with mining issues, has worked with a number of mapping programs and has a clear understanding of the Health Safety and Reclamation Code. She has developed a good working relationship with many government regulators.
Receiving her undergraduate degree at McGill University in Montreal, P.Q., Fran completed graduate studies at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, N.B.
Fran has lived and worked in the Cariboo for the last 20 years.
